Eligibility for Refund
We only offer refunds for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, we will gladly process a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If the swimwear is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. The item must be unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided with your return request.
Exclusions
Please note that we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind: If you decide that the style, fit, or color of the swimwear is not to your personal preference, we do not accept returns for refunds in these cases. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions and size guides before making a purchase. You may request to do an exchange instead.
Return Process for Faulty or Damaged Items
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service at hai@haikini.co within 14 days of receiving your order to report any defects or damage. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
- Return Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Final Sale Items
All sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or defects.
Custom Order Items
Made-to-order swimsuits are not eligible for a return or refund. Please consult us on our Instagram, we'll do our best to provide a suitable fit and color suggestion for you.
